  • Assisting in processing purchase orders for new inventory, verifying details, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting items for quality and accuracy, and reconciling received goods with purchase orders.
  • Assisting in determining stock replenishment needs based on inventory levels and demand patterns, and coordinating restocking efforts with relevant departments or suppliers.
  • Documenting inventoryrelated activities, including generating reports, recording stock movements, and maintaining comprehensive inventory records.
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations.
