Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing departmental budgets.
  • Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.
  • Coming up with effective strategies to enhance the organization's financial health.
  • Recruiting quality employees to provide highquality customer support.
  • Motivating and supervising employees.
  • Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.
  • Designing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives.
  • Evaluating and reporting on department metrics to upper management.
  • Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.
  • Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole
  • Monitor the department's budget and prepare accurate reports about your findings.
  • Keep detailed records of office supplies stock.
  • Inform employees of new policies and other changes.
  • Develop work schedules for all employees.
  • Coordinate with Manager.
  • Keep records of all expenses and recommend techniques to reduce costs.
  • Evaluate the budget and create reports with recommendations to cut costs
  • Able to interact and communicate with all level of staff
  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Managing and updating company databases.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
  • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
  • Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Have good work ethics, initiative and willingness to learn.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbally and written).
  • Able to work in a team and multitask.
  • Willing to work shift and on weekends.
  • Minimum of 2year experience in office administration in a regulated industry (applicants with general office work experience will be considered for entrylevel position)
  • Able to work on own initiative, with good communication skills
  • Absolute team player, and look to enjoy working with a closeknit team
  • Attention to detail, responsible and organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, (Outlook experience is a plus)
