Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and use appropriate recruitment channels, including social media, to identify potential candidates
- Conduct networking sessions with various institutions
- Coordinate and actively participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs, roadshows and networking events to attract potential talent
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews
- Prepare and handle onboarding and offboarding matters
- Perform any ad-hoc administration duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or A levels.
- A can-do positive attitude.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for HR related field.
