Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the HR department, including HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract top talent and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance the workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and provide guidance on HRrelated matters.
  • Lead performance management processes and assist in developing career paths for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Oversee benefits administration and contribute to the development of employee benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the company's business goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Proven 57 years of experience in human resources management mainly in construction sector.
  • Preferable if have experience in handling construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development.
  • Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using any ERP/HR software will be an advantage.
  • Preferred skill sets: Self driven, resourceful, problem solving nature, and good conversational/ writing skills in English.
  • Willing to work on half day alternate Saturday.
