Human Resources Manager

Job Description:
- To oversee office daily HR operations and administrative functions.
- To manage the recruitment and retention process, including reviewing job advertisements, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and providing onboarding, orientation, and trainings to new joiners.
- To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with the overall business strategy.
- To support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- To maintain compliance and proper record-keeping for the entire HR process, including company policies, handbooks, memos, payroll, and statutory documentation.
- To oversee payroll and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local authorities, and monitoring staff costs.
- To foster positive employee relations and resolve any related issues.
- To develop, review, and improve human resources and administrative work plans and procedures.
- To lead special projects, plan special events, team activities, and training programs in collaboration with management.
- Candidate must have at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the relevant field.
- Strong leadership, management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (required for communication with Mandarin-speaking partners).
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial acts.
