  • Have at least 5 years' experience in HR generalist role
  • Prior working experience in F&B industry an advantage

Job Scope

  • We are looking for Human Resource Executive/Senior Human Resources Executive to fill a vacant position at CHAGEE Group's Headquarter. This position plays a vital role in supporting CHAGEE Group through development and implementation of human resource strategies and programs that provide employeeoriented, highperformance culture.
  • Prepare and compile staff incentives record on monthly basis according to company incentive matrix.
  • Prepare monthly Human Resource Expenses report and suggest new initiatives to better manage employee expenses.
  • Prepare, issue and maintain Payroll and Personal Documentation, which includes Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter and etc.
  • Maintain proper record for all employee related matters, including record of employee's Annual Leave.
  • Develop and maintain Company Human Resource Policy, including employee handbook.
  • Ensure HR Policy is duly complied by employee and staff.
  • Assist to conduct staff performance assessment on periodic basis.
  • Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards of MOM where needed.
Work closely with management team and serve as business partner to the operations team

  • Responsible for company's recruitment, interview, selection and hiring processes
  • Conduct interview and selection of managers, including conducting reference checks
  • Provide support to managers and management team in HR matters
  • Handle payroll processing, tax clearance, CPF and IRAS submissions ensuring timeliness
  • Work closely with management team to review HR policies and drive HR initiatives
  • Administer employee benefits and company group insurance
  • Liaise with government agencies
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
  • Partner with management to handle and resolve employee issues such as mediating disputes and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage and administer employee performance management and training and development
  • Manage upkeep of office premises
  • Other projects and administrative functions
