**Maintenance/Property Supervisior - Residential properties
To property maintenance for a Property Holding Group for their various Residential Assets in Singapore.

Job Description:

  • Attend to reports/feedback on minor repairs and replacement to plumbing, electrical systems/appliances.
  • Lead team of technicians and handyman
  • Determine when external contractors are required.
  • Monitor contractors works to ensure works are completed according to specs.
  • Coordinate, negotiate and administer contracts with providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, etc.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities are wellmaintained.
  • Managing maintenance budgets.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations, health and security standards and energy efficiency requirements.
  • Overseeing building projects and renovations where necessary
  • Workplace safety management

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of building facilities management
  • Leadership skills in working with technicians and handyman.
  • Hands on in troubleshooting
  • Electric and Plumbing
