If you're a Sales professional eager to enhance your technical sales expertise, here is a fantastic opportunity for you Based in Singapore, we are looking for a Senior/Sales Engineer to strategically expand the Valve business in the region.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide accurate sales forecast and surpass targets for bookings, sales, and profitability within the Singapore market.
- Identify potential clients, analyze their needs, devise effective strategies, and negotiate for profitable business acquisition.
- Maintain strong relationships with both external customers and internal sales/service teams.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to prepare quotes, process orders, and handle post-sales service efficiently.
- Promote Valve & Control products through marketing initiatives, utilize field resources effectively, and provide product training to distributors and end-users.
- Strengthen internal sales team relationships and engage Product Sales Specialists to enhance value proposition.
- Identify customer requirements and explore new opportunities across all product lines.

You excel in delivering clear, compelling messages and engaging with diverse stakeholders to achieve objectives. You foster open communication with various contributors and clients.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation, Automation) along with 3-5 years of sales experience in marine, oil & gas, and petrochemical industries.
- Prior experience in technical sales, particularly in valves, is a plus.
