Senior Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Sales Engineer to lead our technical sales efforts in regional APAC office in Singapore.
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our channel partners with technical expertise and product knowledge while leading the technical sales process and driving revenue growth.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify and close business opportunities, while providing excellent customer service to our partners.
- Serve as the technical lead for our sales team and channel partners, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the features and benefits of our endpoint security products.
- Collaborate with channel partners and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with our product development team to provide feedback on product features and functionality based on customer needs and market trends.
- Conduct technical training sessions for channel partners and sales teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively sell and support our products.
- Collaborate with marketing & business systems team to develop materials for the purpose of creating interest and generate leads for our products.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including IT, security, and executive leadership teams.
- Provide technical support during the postsales process, including assisting with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and advancements in endpoint security technology and share insights with the sales team and channel partners.
Domain Knowledge Required:
- Indepth technical knowledge of cybersecurity and endpoint security solutions.
- Expertise in sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Advanced technical knowledge of operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Comprehensive understanding of the company's products and value proposition.
- Thorough knowledge of channelbased business models and experience working with channel partners.
- Uptodate with the latest trends and advancement in cybersecurity industry including comprehensive understanding of industry regulation & standards, such as HIPAA, PCI DCC, and GDPR.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, with experience leading complex sales engagements and driving revenue growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of endpoint security products and related technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively communicate technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to travel to meet with channel partners and attend trade shows and other industry events.
