The Role:
- Support the HR Manager on overseeing all HR and administrative functions, including managing talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, remuneration & payroll processing, training, workforce planning, recruitment strategies, employer branding, providing guidance and setting performance expectations of the HR Team.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Monitor and manage employee relations, performance management, and career development initiatives.
- Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, and timesheet verification.
- Administer employee claims, benefits, and welfare programs.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics, providing insights to improve processes and employee satisfaction.
- Lead and manage employee welfare.
- Render support to ESG & Safety consultant on safety initiatives to ensure a supportive and secure workplace environment.
- Oversee and liaise with external vendors to ensure effective delivery of security services and adherence to company standards.
What are we looking for?
- Min. 5 years of relevant HR experience, including team leadership in Manufacturing industry
- Knowledge in audit or RBA is advantageous
