Job Summary

  • Industry: Aviation
  • Location in Seletar
  • 5 days Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
  • Budget $2800-$3200 plus variable bonus


Responsibilities

Generate accurate and timely sales quotation for the sales team
• Prepare and processing of purchase orders
• Promptly response to all incoming enquiries by emails or phone calls
• Assist in resolving customers’ issues relating to order
• Input and maintain information necessary for report generating
• Assist in any other admin duties as when necessary


Requirements:
• At least 2 years of sales support experience
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and able to work under tight deadlines
• Well organize and meticulous
• Able to start work at short notice is advantage
