Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support throughout the logistics process, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information related to shipments, delivery status, and logistics services.
- Manage and track customer orders from booking through to delivery, ensuring that all steps are completed on time.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or other disruptions in the supply chain.
- Provide updates and status reports to clients, proactively informing them of any potential delays or problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse, transportation, and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure that all orders, communications, and actions are properly documented in the system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on complaints and feedback to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with logistics software or customer service platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
