Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Duties/Descriptions:
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, payroll, etc.).
- Maintain up-to-date accounting records and documents.
- Prepare and submit monthly CPF and quarterly GST reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial filing requirements, including taxation and liaising with IRAS.
- Support sales and purchase orders, including invoice preparation.
- Act as the main communication point for Singapore office.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business operations.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and openness to new challenges.
- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in office administration and accounts. Salary will commensurate with experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, team player, and eager to learn
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting/HR software.
