Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Accounts and Admin Executives to help us build up our business activities.

Accounts and Admin Executives' responsibilities include invoicing, accounts receivables, responsible for collecting payments for a company, communications to collect payments from clients and customers, also track payments and make banking deposits. They may also be in charge of running reports that document profits and losses for an organization. Other duties include tracking income and expenses, producing reports and verifying the accuracy of figures. Most of them use computers and other accounting or bookkeeping software in their course of work.

Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
  • Communicating with clients and customers to request and arrange payments
  • Recording and tracking payments in databases
  • Creating reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
  • Updating client accounts based on payment or contact information
  • Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
  • Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
  • Analyzing workflow processes
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors
  • Ensuring bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures
  • Processing due invoices for payments
  • Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
  • Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Great organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills and proficiency with financial management software
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fast learner
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Comfortable with math and calculations
  • Good listening and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
