Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Order Management Specialist, based in Singapore, is responsible for processing and closing sales orders, including shipments to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Handle pre-sales inquiries on product availability, lead time, and pricing.
  • Initiate and update new item/customer creation in the system.
  • Process and amend sales orders in the system.
  • Track, expedite, and update customers on order status.
  • Follow up on payments and forwarder details with customers.
  • Coordinate shipments (dropship, local, export) with factories, warehouses, and forwarders.
  • Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain records.
  • Review LC drafts and collate required documents for LC presentation.
  • Manage non-warranty claims with relevant parties.
  • Ensure clear communication between customers, sales, operations, and factories.
  • Generate and update sales order backlog reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
