Global Sales Manager, Small Business Sales

The position will be responsible for developing and managing sales programs to help clients get the best results from their marketing campaigns on Meta – through consultation, education, optimization, and support via vendor partners.
Ideal candidates will combine experience driving results, collaborating with internal teams - regional and global - as well as outsourced sales with vendor partners. You will have a passion for delivering value at scale to small business advertisers through rigorous planning and flawless execution, a keen eye for identifying process and workflow opportunities and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics.
Success in this position requires sales, vendor partnership, cross -functional collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the experience to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. Most importantly, you will bring a passion for helping others achieve results.
- Develop sales pipeline strategy and lead end-to-end execution of global sales programs and outsourced sales via vendor partners
- Deliver against quarter targets in sales leads, revenue, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor progress against goals and manage vendors around the world to meet and exceed productivity metrics
- Make data-informed decisions to drive performance, resource allocation and juggle competing priorities
- Work effectively in a highly collaborative environment
- Identify actionable insights to improve sales results and team strategy
- 10+ years of experience working with sales, digital advertising and program management
- Proven track record of successfully influencing, communicating and collaborating with cross-functional groups both internally and externally to produce meaningful and impactful results
- Experience working across regional and global partners
- Experience adapting to a fast-paced, international work environment with the drive for making an impact
- Knowledge in data concepts and principles
- Demonstrable prioritisation skills that facilitate the most effective & impact-orientated contributions to key strategic business objectives & customer growth
- Experience with Outsourced Sales or experience working and building relationships with outsourced vendors/third parties sales
- Experience working with Small and Medium Businesses, external sales and marketing partners, or Advertising Agencies
