Sales & Business Development Manager

We are looking for a highly driven, ambitious and energetic Sales & Business Development Manager to support the Company's growth strategy.
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities for the organization. Your role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and expanding the company's customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities and Desired Outcomes
1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the company's service and product offerings eg.provision of security manpower and technologies such as CCTV, VMS, Video Analytics, Remote Surveillance Solutions.
2. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
3. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, track leads, and progress opportunities to closure.
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify target research to identify target markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demo on security solutions to win new business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to effectively position and promote security products and solutions or security manpower services.
8. Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for business growth and product development.
9. Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to management on market trends, opportunities, and revenue projections.
10. Participate in industry conferences, events, and trade shows to represent the organization, build relationships, and generate leads.
11. Lead a team to deliver company's growth outcome, motivate and supervise the team towards greater heights.
12. Conduct in-house training for sales & business development team.
13. Actively support and participate in company-wide initiative to build a strong company branding through good customer service, reviews and a strong service culture
14. Introduce innovative ways to engage customers and improve customer engagement.
15. Prepare and present regular business development reports to management.
Qualifications/Experience
1. Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in similar role preferred
