Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our Director and team. The ideal candidate will be an effective multitasker, a team player, and a meticulous individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director's daily schedule, ensuring all appointments and commitments are met.
  • Liaise with clients to maintain and foster strong relationships.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Run errands and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the Director, including arranging travel and accommodation for business trips.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred for effective communication with Chinese counterparts.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.
  • Open to traveling for business purposes.
  • Able to start work immediately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
