Job Description

  • Oversees and executes the full spectrum of HR functions which include manpower sourcing and planning, training & development, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
  • Responsible for formulating HR strategic plan and initiatives to strengthen HR process and practice to support business growth for organization.
  • Supports Clients by providing advice relating to the best HR practices within the framework of the company
    beliefs, value and objectives.
  • Works closely with Top Management team in organizational design, job evaluation, change management process and participate in HR industry benchmarking to ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently.
  • Acts as point of contact for HR Personnel and Clients on all HR matters.
  • Handles employee disciplinary, grievances, misconduct issues, industrial relations and labor issues.
  • To plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
  • Oversees the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions across multiple portfolios
  • To perform any other duties as and when required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management
  • Minimum with 3-5 years proven experience in similar capacity as a Generalist
  • Strong communication skills both written and spoken
  • Able to work independently with excellence analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Result driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to abide by deadlines with strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
  • Well-versed in the Singapore & Malaysia Employment Act (advantageous), Industrial Relations Act, Immigration procedures and etc with good knowledge of prevailing HR practice and legislation.
