Glyph Plus, an education social enterprise in Singapore, provides holistic education to underprivileged children through weekend activities and specialized programs. Guided by the Glyph Learning Journey Framework, it partners with government, schools, and nonprofits to design impactful CSR programs. With 600+ events since 2017, Glyph emphasizes social impact and community engagement.


Role Overview

As a rapidly growing education social enterprise, we are dedicated to enhancing learning experiences for children. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the education sector while contributing to meaningful social impact.


Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Assist in market research to identify partnership opportunities with government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and corporate entities.
  2. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with partners, including proposal development based on The Glyph Learning Journey Framework.
  3. Collaborate with the project management team to design tailored education programs for underprivileged children.
  4. Support in the planning and execution of education events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery.
  5. Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and contribute to program evaluation for continuous improvement.
  6. Coordinate freelancers, offer train-the-trainers’ sessions for facilitators, ensuring effective coordination and implementation.


Requirements

Passionate about the education and event management space

Minimum commitment of 4-months

Occasional weekends are required if programme falls on Saturday / Sunday (off in-lieu provided)
