Customer Service Executive

Our client is a leading provider of efficient errand services in Singapore, including document delivery, shopping assistance, and food delivery for both residents and businesses. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints with a focus on maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
- Assist in processing orders, handling returns, and managing service requests.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and service improvements.
- Meet service targets and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service or a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
