  • Qube International / Qube Energy / BOMC / Qube Ports Management and Operational Teams.

Primary purpose


The primary purpose of this role is driving the growth and optimisation of supply chains within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors through a deep understanding of supply chain management, business development strategies.


The role will also assist in developing key relationships with and securing work scopes and contracts in line with the Qube Business Masterplan as in the following areas:

  • Offshore oil and gas marine facilities.
  • Offshore oil and gas supply base and logistics services.
  • Offshore renewables industry port and logistics services.
  • Mining industries port and logistics services.
  • Shipping, transport and related services for the above.

Position Impact

  • Key client relationship development and maintenance.
  • Revenue and EBIT enhancement.
  • Development of the brand.
  • Promotion of the brand.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop strategy and business plans each financial year in conjunction with Qube operational teams to achieve the Qube Group targets and goals.
  • To secure key target clients, projects and contracts.
  • Development of Qube International / Qube Energy O&G and BOMC services throughout SE Asia and Australia.
  • Promote the Qube and BOMC brands to clients and potential clients SE Asia and Australia wide for the above industries.
  • Develop new opportunities in the supply chain sectors of Oil and Gas, Mining and Renewable Energy Industry sectors in SE Asia and Australia.
  • To target acquisition prospects that fit Qube growth strategies.
  • Sales and business reports in line management requirements.
  • Participate in the negotiation of contracts with customers.
  • Management and coordinating with customers on all issues regarding their contracts.

KPIs

  • Weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Success of Qube International, Qube Energy and BOMC brand exposure.
  • Success in winning targeted related contracts and acquisitions.
  • Compliance to the overall Management business plans.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years supply chain management or business development experience, with a focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business or related discipline highly regarded.
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain management in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy industry practices.
  • Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement. concepts.
  • Experience in the implementation and on-going management of quality systems and procedures.
  • Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
