IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to our enterprise customer for for servers, workstations, network and queries related to various technology issues.
- Experiece manage the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Global Admin), including the company’s SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other services within the admin center.
- Familiar to commission or decommission corporate accounts for our customer employee onboarding and offboarding via the domain server and Azure Active Directory.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in IT/Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of networking and systems configuration as well as basic Microsoft Active Directory Account/Policy Management knowledge.

- Basic knowledge of IT data security principles.
- Good interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact effectively with users.
- A team player with logical thinking and attention to details.
