IT Support Engineer (Full-Time, Permanent)

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, and delivering high-level customer support in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide Level 0/1 support for applications and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues, including system upgrades and maintenance.
  • Manage IT inventory, software licensing, and device provisioning.
  • Support IT-related classroom needs, including AV equipment and network connectivity.
  • Assist in mobile device management and basic network troubleshooting.
  • Maintain IT helpdesk processes and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and mobile device management is a plus.
