Job Description: CEO
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company's growth and business development strategies. The CEO will be responsible for driving revenue generation, market expansion, and overall business growth while ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This leadership role involves managing the company's operations, establishing key partnerships, and leading the team toward sustainable financial success. A critical aspect of the role is ensuring full compliance with the legislations, rules, and guidelines issued by MAS, as well as adhering to the company’s internal policies, to safeguard the organization’s reputation and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Drive the company’s revenue strategy by identifying new market opportunities and channels for growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Foster relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the business and strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
2. Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead the executive team to set clear business goals, KPIs, and strategies for growth.
- Ensure alignment of all company functions with strategic business objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to inspire and motivate employees across the organization.
3. Operational Excellence & Governance:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency and high performance across departments.
- Establish and maintain sound governance, risk management, and financial control frameworks.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and industry standards.
4. Team Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
5. Stakeholder Relations:
- Communicate effectively with the board of directors, shareholders, and other key stakeholders on company performance and strategic direction.
- Act as the primary representative of the company in external affairs, ensuring a strong brand image.
6. Compliance & Governance:
- Ensuring the company’s operations comply with all regulatory requirements under the Payment Services Act.
- Act as the key liaison with MAS and other regulatory bodies, ensuring timely communication and reporting as necessary.
- Oversee the company’s governance framework, including risk management, AML/CFT compliance, and adherence to internal policies and external regulatory obligations.
- Ensure that the company operates with transparency and maintains a strong compliance culture across all levels of the organization.
