Background Information:Our client is a leading leader in the Aviation Industry, and they are looking for vibrant individuals to be part of their team

Job Responsibilities:-Provide end-to-end customer service to all passengers and member of public-Attend to their enquiries, feedback, and offer solutions to cater to their needs-Approach and assist passengers with flight related enquiries, introduce and recommend facilities, retail and dining options-Respond to all enquiries from various channels (Calls, Emails, Chatbot and social media)-Respond to all incidents, medical and emergency cases on ground operations and escalate when necessary-Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:- GCE "O" Level with minimum 1 year of customer service experience- Pro-active and comfortable performing interaction with passengers- Resourceful & effective in problem-solving- Able to commit rotating shifts

Additional Information:- Training and uniform provided- Transportation Provided- Salary up to $2300 (Including allowances) - Shift A: 2 days work, 2 days off / Shift B: 4 days work, 2 days off
