  • Undertaking ad-hoc events and projects assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer service, meticulous, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to focus attention on customer needs, remain calm, and courteous at all times.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
