  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong command of English language (minimum grade of C5 in English at O Level).
  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a call centre or customer-facing role.
  • Pleasant disposition with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer use and typing.
