In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial and strategic relationships with organizations in accordance with the company's overarching objective, goals, and strategies.

Make an Impact by

 

  • Develop partner GTM strategy and business plan with key partners to drive business, and innovation goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends and the technology ecosystem to drive the partnership strategy.
  • Orchestrate execution of partner business plan across organisation including Sales, Pre-sales, Enterprise Services, Product and Engineering.
  • Lead Business Review meetings involving senior execs from own organisation and Partners for joint Business Performance Review against key metrics.
  • Nurture, organise and support joint GTM marketing activities and programs with partners.
  • Define and execute a partner governance framework that includes alignment, execution, and performance, that facilitates and leads to effective partnerships.
  • Supervise the alignment of training, development and accreditation needs from stakeholders (Sales, Pre-sales, Product, Delivery) with offerings and opportunities from Partners that align with organisation targets to maintain competitiveness in serving and meeting customer service obligations.
  • Understand the market needs, keep abreast of technology developments/trends and competitive situation.
  • Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, rebate management, working closely with Partner Channel Marketing on MDF Fund.
  • Manage Partner Program ensuring highest tier achieved or maintained, and act as Partner Administrator for the organisation

 

Skills for Success 

 

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Engineering degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Partner Management, Marketing, Business Development or Channel Sales experience, at large organizations or innovative start-ups.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry and partner ecosystem (>10 ICT partners)
  • Have a strong grasp of key cyber technologies, services, and business models.
  • Proven track record of success in program, initiatives, and execution roles with cross-function teams.
  • Relevant experience in understanding the various business goals and requirements to steer and position the partnership conversation to drive a business goal and/or positive outcome with the stakeholders. 
  • Ability to engage and build effective partnerships with Senior Executives from Partners
  • Basic legal and contract management knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A confident and credible presenter is necessary to reach a wide variety of perspectives represented by different, internal, and external groups.
  • Ability to influence others – create a vision and align others around it.
