KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Support to day to day HR process and communication
  • Manage Talent Acquisition end to end process
  • Job posting to right channels to attract right candidates
  • Candidate experience management and communications
  • Interview management and calendar management
  • System process and steps
  • Calendar management
  • Offer and communication for service team to prepare onboardings

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree of any related course.
  • Microsoft outlook and teams calendar and meeting arrangement
  • 2-3 years of recruitment related experience will be an advantage
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • Korean language will be an advantage
  • PDPA and confidential information management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with partners and stakeholders across different levels and functions.
  • Customer-centric and solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Result oriented
