1 Year Contract: Customer Care Consultant

Mon-Fri: 8.30-6pm + Alternate Sat: 8.30am-1pm

Responsibilities:

  • Listen actively to customers, identify needs, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Provide advisories on local and foreign manpower employment, claims, and disputes.
  • Resolve 90% of calls, emails, and web chats without escalation.
  • Maintain 99% compliance in call logging for audits.
  • Identify policy/procedure issues and recommend improvements.
  • Sense potential life-threatening issues and respond appropriately.
  • Build trust with customers through open interaction.
  • Stay updated on new information and upskill as needed.
  • Cross-train in another domain for broader expertise.
  • Manage concurrent workstreams and adapt to new policies quickly.
  • Recognize and handle crisis calls with compassion and efficiency.
  • Work well under stress and with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Fully Vaccinated with COVID-19 booster
  • Must be comfortable to take high volume of calls
  • Preferably someone with Call Centre experience
