Job Description
- Support Business Development Director on acquiring new concession & landlord partnerships to strategically grow media presence in Singapore.
- Writing winning proposals with compelling arguments, meaningful insights, and measurable action plans to secure new strategic contracts with Landlords. Assisting in the preparation of responses to Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with concession & partners including private and government landlords. Establishing good relations with relevant regulatory authorities for consult on policies/regulations.
- Responsible for managing advertising concessions - facilitating campaign approvals and conducting site checks as necessary to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Project and Operations & Sales and Production) on quality design and safe implementation of media assets, ensuring safe maintenance operations and consistent service standards and ensuring campaigns are in line with government partners' guidelines and creative executions meet safety requirements.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / Communications / Marketing or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience within the Advertising and Media industries.
- Prior experience in Account Servicing / Strategic Business Development will be advantageous.
- Comfortable in handling presentations to clients.
- Possess effective listening skills, independent and self-directed, team-oriented and excellent work ethics.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of developing and executing innovative business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
