Key Task & Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with corporate partners by deeply understanding their needs and goals. Serve as the primary point of contact to address their inquiries, requests, and concerns while regularly engaging to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
  • Work hand-in-hand with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and program management. Track key performance indicators and outcomes to monitor the progress and success of partnership programs, ensuring seamless partner interactions and timely communication of updates, changes, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver value-added services for corporate partners, such as access to innovative startups, engaging workshops, and tailored programs. Strive to not just meet but exceed partner expectations.
  • Oversee the delivery of services and resources, ensuring they meet and surpass partner expectations. Monitor key performance indicators and outcomes closely to track the progress and success of partnership programs, working cohesively with sales, marketing, and program management teams.
  • Leverage data insights to make well-informed recommendations for program enhancements. Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports to corporate partners, ensuring transparency and demonstrating the progress and results of the partnership programs.
Your Profile
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in innovation/management consulting, preferably in the financial industry
  • Excellent understanding of innovation methodologies and corporate innovation
  • Eligible to work lawfully without visa sponsorship in Switzerland
  • Genuine interest in and understanding of financial services and technology industries
  • Entrepreneurial or management experience at a scaling venture-backed startup is a plus
