TikTok LIVE - Global Content Quality Assurance Specialist - Korean Speaking
Responsibilities- Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content & Quality assurance.
- Perform thorough data analysis, summarize and feedback problems, handle necessary escalation, and prepare a quality inspection report.
- Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs.
- Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
- Proficiency in both English and Korean is essential, as you will review external Korean language content.
- Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in data processing and other data analysis capabilities.
- Experience within technology or BPO sectors.
