Live Streaming Content Moderator

A Content Quality Assurance Specialist is needed to review and enforce policy decisions related to content on a live streaming platform. The role involves ensuring the quality of international LIVE content, performing data analysis, and collaborating with other departments.
About the Role- Monitor and moderate content to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other teams to respond to operational needs and develop quality inspection standards.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as content moderation, trust & safety, or content quality assurance.
- Fluent English language skills, with coverage of the English market required.
- Proficiency in office software such as Excel and Word.
- Strong learning ability, cross-department communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven data processing and analysis capabilities.
- Experience in technology or BPO sectors.
