At TikTok, we're looking for a talented Content Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team, you'll be responsible for monitoring international LIVE content quality to ensure it meets the highest standards.

You'll work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs and participate in developing quality inspection standards. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in content moderation/trust & safety/content quality assurance.

About the Role
  • Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content and quality assurance
  • Thorough data analysis, summarise and feedback problems, handle necessary escalation, and form a quality inspection report
  • Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs
  • Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in content moderation/trust & safety/content quality assurance
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia language is required, due to the need to review content and liaise with Bahasa Indonesia-speaking customers
  • Highly sensitive to social news;
  • Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc., with data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities preferred
  • Good communication skills, able to abstract problems and find solutions proactively
  • Working experience within social media/technology/BPO organisation preferred
