TikTok LIVE - Content Quality Assurance Specialist (English Speaking)
The Livestream Team creates real-time interactive content and provides value to the ecosystem by offering users a unique consumption experience and enabling direct fan interaction with authors. The LIVE Traffic & Ecosystem team seeks a sharp Content Quality Assurance Specialist for the English community market to help create a better space for content creators and users. You will review TikTok Live content and enforce policy decisions related to content, handling sensitive, complex user-facing issues to protect the platform and keep users safe. The successful applicant will have a track record of effective communication and collaboration with employees and leadership at all levels to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities- Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content and quality assurance.
- Perform thorough data analysis, summarize findings, feedback problems, handle necessary escalation, and produce quality inspection reports.
- Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to operation needs.
- Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize processes and the system platform.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
- Fluent English; coverage of the English market is required.
- Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong learning ability and cross-department communication and collaboration skills; overseas work/training is a plus.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Proven data processing and data analysis capabilities.
- Experience in technology or BPO sectors.
