TikTok LIVE - Global Content Quality Assurance Specialist - Japanese Speaking

Responsibilities
Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content & Quality assurance.
Thorough data analysis, summarise and feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and form a quality inspection report.
Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs.
Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, along with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential, as you will be required to review external Japanese language content.
Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
Preferred: Experience in data processing and data analysis capabilities.
Preferred: Experience within technology or BPO sectors.
