About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective operationalization of the diverse content ecosystem, content strategies and ad-hoc response to global events;
- Coordinating with your regional team counterparts to ensure high-quality and consistent implementation of global projects in all regions;
- Responsible for planning and managing the quality and efficiency workflow related to LIVE content operation procedure;
- Provide delicate data analysis about the comprehensive suggestions of how to resolve issues remaining in the current workflow;
- Proactively gather feedback from the implementation teams on each aspect of the process, pinpoint and resolve potential problems, and evaluate the improvement suggestions.

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Operations role within a BPO / Social Media / Call centre environment
- Experience with Content Moderation/labelling would be an advantage;
- Robust data analysis and ability to detect information gaps during daily operations.
- Have exceptional communications skills to build relationships with global business stakeholders.
- You are a self-starter and take the initiative in driving practical processes
