Overview
TikTok LIVE - Global Content Quality Assurance Specialist - Korean Speaking
Responsibilities
Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content & Quality assurance.
Perform thorough data analysis, summarize and feedback problems, handle necessary escalation, and prepare a quality inspection report.
Work closely with other departments to respond immediately to suitable operation needs.
Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimise the process and system platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
Proficiency in both English and Korean is essential, as you will review external Korean language content.
Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in data processing and other data analysis capabilities.
Experience within technology or BPO sectors.
