About the Team
The Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, Livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for expanding ecological boundaries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine livestream policies: Draft clear, concise, and effective policies and procedures for TikTok LIVE, considering the needs of users, creators, and the TikTok brand.
- Maintain policy documentation: Ensure all livestream policies are up-to-date and easily accessible to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct policy research and analysis: Stay informed about industry best practices, legal and regulatory developments, and emerging trends in livestreaming and online content moderation.
- Analyze data to identify risks: Utilize data analysis skills to proactively identify and mitigate potential content risks associated with TikTok LIVE.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with teams such as Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective policy implementation.
- Monitor policy effectiveness: Track key performance indicators and gather feedback to evaluate the impact of LIVE policies and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support policy training and implementation: Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver effective training materials for content reviewers on livestream policies.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Sensitivity to content and culture, familiarity with the political and cultural environment, and a solid understanding of Internet development and regulatory trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas to diverse audiences.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking: Ability to identify policy challenges and develop creative and practical solutions. Ability to produce accurate and well-organized work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Result-oriented and self-driven individual.
- Excellent cross-team communication and coordination abilities, with strong project management skills.
- Passion for the Livestream industry, familiarity with industry norms, and high sensitivity to global hot events.
