The role is crucial in maximizing the impact and effectiveness of funding initiatives to strengthen Singapore's arts ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review funding policies, including existing grant schemes and develop new funding schemes as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of funding policies and processes.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements.
  • Update and maintain funding databases and generate data analysis to inform policy improvements.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental grant assessment processes.
  • Administer grants, providing relevant advice and support to stakeholders, evaluating applications, and ensuring adherence to governance and funding conditions.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Project management and administrative experience.
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders and handling public queries.
  • Administrative skills (e.g., data entry, Excel).
  • Experience managing data/databases (preferred).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
