Job Title: Incentive Policy Specialist

Incentivize growth by leading the development and implementation of funding policies, optimizing processes for our suite of incentives (grants, partnerships, and commissions).

The role is pivotal in maximizing the impact and effectiveness of our funding initiatives to strengthen Singapore's arts ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and refine funding policies, including existing grant schemes and develop new funding schemes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of funding policies and processes.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements.
  • Update and maintain funding databases and generate data analysis to inform policy enhancements.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental grant assessment processes.
  • Administer grants, providing relevant advice and support to stakeholders, evaluating applications, and ensuring adherence to governance and funding conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Project management and administrative experience.
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders and handling public inquiries.
  • Administrative skills (e.g., data entry, Excel).
  • Experience managing data/databases (preferred).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
