Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Incentives Management Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in grants management, operations, and project management. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the development of a responsive and high-quality education ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various incentives programmes, augmenting operational efficiency, and improving service delivery in funding administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with training providers and other stakeholders to support and address queries to ensure smooth operation in grant administration.
  • Assist in the management of the outsourced service partner.
  • Work on large datasets to perform data extraction, collation, tracking, and analysis.
  • Collate data and statistics and prepare information for reporting.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of grants management and operations.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations, or project management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal relationship skills and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
  • Familiarity with SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training is an advantage.
