
APAC Incentives Manager

Are you a sales compensation expert looking for a new challenge? Do you have what it takes to drive sales performance and growth across the APAC region?
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, implementation, analysis, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across APAC.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and cross-functional business partners to provide various analyses, tactical data support, and sales compensation deliverables.
- Calculate monthly and quarterly commissions, manage headcount distribution and role effectiveness across APAC, and ensure compliance with regional/local regulations and global guidelines.
- Serve as primary advisor to regional sales leaders on incentive best practices and lead annual incentive planning cycles.
- Educate and coach regional sales teams on maximizing their compensation opportunities using scenario modeling where required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:- Proven experience in sales compensation and incentive design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
