About the Team
The Performance & Incentive(P&I) department works on lots of interesting projects in compensation, benefits, performance management, long-term incentive and relevant areas. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The P&I team works on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization.
What You'll Do
- Responsible for long-term incentives policy and program implementation and communication in APAC region;
- Participate in the design and review of long-term incentives plans and policies for APAC region to ensure external competitiveness and legal compliance, through research on practices of leading tech/general industry companies;
- Work closely with the rest of the Performance & Incentives team members on total rewards package for employees in the APAC region where required;
- Performs other LTI related duties as assigned.
- With LTI-related design and administration work experience, corporate experience preferred;
- Extensive knowledge of LTI programs, market trends and relevant tax and compliance requirements;
- Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management skills; Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English to support the APAC market; fluent in Mandarin is preferred since this role will speak with and write reports to stakeholders based in China due to coverage of the China Market;
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking, self-driven and with attention to detail.
