ByteDance is looking around the world for the best and most dedicated employees. The Performance & Incentive team works on a lot of interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data and benchmarking. The Performance & Incentive team work on a lot of cool and exciting projects to come up with the best ways to serve our organization. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. We are seeking a Performance & Incentives Partner to support Global Commercial Business & Content Safety business together with the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and the review of compensation policies for various job families to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity, through research on compensation policies and practices of leading tech companies, as well as internal data analysis.
- Develop, communicate, and administer total rewards strategies, pay ranges, performance and promotion and salary review, job family management, etc., to support the business development.
- Partner with HR Business Partners & TAs to provide solutions for compensation and broader HR initiatives, and influence the business.
- Provide recommendations to business key stakeholders in tackling difficult cases in the area of compensation, incentive plans, benefits for employees motivation in order to achieve their business goals
- Manage vendor relations with outside firms, such as Aon Radford, etc.
- 3~10 years of experience as a reward expert or Compensation & Benefits partner, consulting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities: Analyze trends, surveys, and spreadsheets to determine Compensation & Benefits strategies.
- Excellent communication skill: Be able to communicate effectively with employees, the broad HR team and business leads across the world.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing, and changing business environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, preferably with an additional language skill to be able to support stakeholders in overseas countries
