Job Title: Senior Consultant - Policy and Compliance Specialist

The ideal candidate will lead the analysis and implementation of our policy and compliance management module within our risk management platform.

We seek a seasoned expert with exceptional communication skills to liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Act as key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for policy and compliance management.
  • Develop functional specifications, process flows, and configuration documentation.
  • Collaborate with system developers to ensure solution aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Define and validate master data related to policies, regulations, standards, control requirements, and business entities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with configuration team to ensure correct implementation of business logic.
  2. Develop and execute test scenarios, test scripts, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
  3. Work with compliance teams to integrate regulatory content, map relevant obligations, and set up periodic review schedules and attestation workflows.
