Socio-Economic Policy Specialist Role

This position is situated within the policy division, which provides strategic advice to senior leaders on labour-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze economic, labour market, and social policy trends to inform workers' needs.
  • Develop, review, and refine policy positions to influence government policymaking from a labour perspective.
  • Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to design and adapt worker support schemes.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to workgroups and consultations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in economics, political science, public policy, law, or social sciences.
  • Strong interest in policy review, analysis, and labour market issues.
  • Relevant work experience is preferred; entry-level candidates are welcome.
