Overview
TikTok LIVE - Global Content Quality Assurance Specialist - Japanese Speaking
Responsibilities
Monitor international LIVE content quality to ensure first-class moderated content and quality assurance.
Perform thorough data analysis, summarize findings, provide feedback on problems, and handle necessary escalation; produce a quality inspection report.
Work closely with other departments to respond promptly to operational needs.
Participate in developing quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, with two years of relevant experience in content moderation / trust & safety / content quality assurance.
Proficiency in both English and Japanese is essential, as you will review external Japanese language content.
Proficiency with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in data processing and data analysis capabilities.
Experience within technology or BPO sectors.
